DocSign Limited was formed by partners from within the legal sector after they found major problems with the level of service being provided by the handful of document signing services that were available to them at the time.

The issues encountered were wide and varied and ranged from sign-up agents failing to arrive for pre-arranged appointments to documents going missing in transit. Furthermore the high prices that were being charged meant many of the document sign-up services were cost prohibitive and did not represent value for money.
