How the DocSign Service Works

DocSign will get your forms, paperwork or documents fully completed and signed by your customers at their home address, the process is simple, our registered users (who range from solicitors and law firms to companies in the financial sector) book a new sign-up online, which takes just a minute or two using our simple booking interface (you need to be registered to access this).

Once we receive your booking we will contact the client and pre-complete the forms over the telephone, our team are highly experienced and can complete questionnaires, legal documents or any other kind of form. During the call we will arrange a convenient time to visit the client so they can go through the documents and sign them with one of our agents at their home (or place of work if they prefer).

Once a time and date to visit the client has been agreed we send them a text message confirming the appointment, the message also contains our contact number should they wish to make any changes.

On the day of the appointment we call the client in the morning to ensure they will be available as planned, our agent will then visit with the pre-completed documents for signing, a copy of the documents are left with the client and the signed paperwork is returned to you via either Courier, DX or secure Royal Mail - the average turnaround time is 72 hours.

All DocSign representatives who speak to or visit your clients are professional, courteous and people you would be happy to have working on your behalf.
